FAQ's

1) Will all the furniture I order match and do I have to pay more for this service?
All HANDS furniture is guaranteed to match within each room or order suite. The furniture will be made to order from an individual log, which if required, can be selected by the client at our factory in Wycombe. The veneers will be book and mirror matched to a specific cut or pattern and they are made and finished by hand, to unrivalled standards. You do not have to pay any supplement for these unique services they come within the great value Hands price.

Please remember there is always some variation in the grain that is part of the natural beauty of wood. If required for a small extra charge, we can colour to a specific wood sample.

2) How long will it take for the furniture to be made?
Our standard items should be delivered to you within a 4-5 working week lead-time from receipt of an official order. Even modified or bespoke items maybe available in the same period depending upon the complexity and providing that production drawings havve been signed off. Special items including Media and storage walls that are large and require scribing may take up to 8 weeks.

3) Can you guarantee that the furniture will be made from sustainable forests?
Yes. We hold the Forestry Stewardship Council's accreditation and can trace timber purchases through the supply route to the actual forest and when and where it was cut down.

4) What warranty do you provide on the furniture?
A full 5-year guarantee is available. We also provide a one time free inspection programme and possible refurbishment on all new tables purchased that can be taken up within the first three years of use. Both items subject to our terms and conditions.
